Your bil's recipe sounds WONDERFUL! I might have to try that. We have a state of the art chrome BBQ grill with all the bells and whistles but my DH HATES cooking on the grill so we never use it. Wonder if your recipe would work in the oven??? Hmmmm, think I might give it a try. Thanks for the recipe.

Peanutbutter is sooooooooooo darned good in these peppers. The first time I made them I was pretty sure I wouldn't like them but they are my favorite! And I said before and I'll say again, these things are ADDICTIVE!
