I hope the new year is good to all of us. I didn't lose any in December; I gained again. I know exactly where the problem is--portion control and not enough exercise. Now I just need to correct those problems starting in January. I might start using
www.myfitnesspal.com again. I used it last year and did really well on it. Then I slacked off recording what I was eating and didn't do so well.
