My fold & sew quilt blocks are coming out in different sizes - the blocks start out using a 10 inch square with a 5 inch square used inside. Depending on the placement of the 5 inch square, my blocks vary between 9 1/2 inch finished size to about 9 inch finished size when completed. The link for the square is:
