I've been using an iPad Air for 8 months and have not had any problems. We had an iPad2 before this and didn't have any trouble with it, either. We don't have any antivirus or malware protection. My nephew works all day on computers and he says that Microsoft is a target for viruses and malware, but not Apple. Go figure. We like Best Buy and get good help from them.
