I used to think that bindings were mostly plain colors, but a really great colorist in quilting showed me that using a bold pattern with multiple colors that tie into the blocks is the way to go and I have never reverted back to ordinary. The binding is so narrow and this quilt has enough visual impact that something colorful and bold would be a great choice....go for it!
I read over the suggestion you were given by the colorist and I can see what you mean. I tend to be conservative in my color choices, but I'll take the advice given you. Thanks for sharing, Angela
