I like:
pegboard, with LONG hooks to hold spools of thread, reels of ribbon, scissors... and you can use a pair of hooks to support a piece of wood for shelving, or a small plastic basket or box.
bookshelves... 'cause the shelves are narrow, about the width of a bolt of fabric
lots of plastic drawers... if you choose the sizes correctly, you can stuff lots of them underneath a cutting table.
