I have mom staying with me here on Long Island for a couple of weeks since my dad recently passed. (Could not leave momma alone for the holidays). She hates the chilly temps so today I took the leftover turkey and made a huge turkey pot pie using the Bisquick recipe online. It's extra large so it was in the oven for nearly 90 minutes, but it just came out crispy, golden and smelling delicious! I can't wait to dig in....arugula salad will be on the side. Yummy!
