I recently got an email from them with code for free shipping with orders over $30. After many attempts at ordering and thinking I was doing something wrong because the price would change when I put in the free shipping code, I finally decided to call them and place the order. It turns out you don't get the quantity discount (I was ordering KONA, which had 20% off quantity discount) AND the free shipping, although nothing anywhere tells you that. A bit of a disappointment.
