I have placed one order at urban elementz. I ordered on a Saturday and messed the order up. I placed another order and sent an email asking them to correct the first order (I ordered different patterns on the second order). They were at a show but checked their email during a break and called me. They couldn't fix the first order, so they cancelled it for me and explained what I did wrong. They filled the second order and I received it in just a few days. So not only do they have nice patterns, but great customer service as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again. They have a huge selection of patterns! It takes a long time just to look at all of them!
