Here is my favorite quick quilt pattern. The speedy baby quilt really is speedy and easy. The measurement of all pieces are given so you could quickly cut and sew it.
I have a 16 1/2" square to make it even easier for me to cut out. Most of the time I embroider a design and name in the center to personalize it.
If you were close I would be happy to cut the pieces out and call it a kit; - ).
