I used a cup of vinegar in a medium load - that worked for me today. In hindsight, I probably should have soaked it before I washed it! Just didn't think to smell-test it before I put it in.
I like the idea of being the Smeller Queen for my Linus group - I will discuss it with the higher-ups!
