I've been told through these messages that these patterns are easy to do:

Disappearing 9 Patch or a 9 Patch Quilt
Ohio Star
So that is what I've been told. I think I'm just going to do a 9 Patch and make it big enough to be a 12 x 12 size. I'm not sure yet though.
