i can get very manic with quilting - its not uncommon for me to stay up for 24-30 hours straight designing quilts.
since i've been home from work i've slipped into an odd schedule of sleeping for 3-4 hours at a time and spending all of my awake time quilting.
I'm right there with you, I sleep sometimes only 2 - 4 hours and after I wake up a bit I quilt and am on the go all day long. I've been known to stay up for a couple of days when I'm manic (haven't done this for awhile tho). I also have fibromyalgia and sleep apnea so it's quite the battle going on inside.
I love your blocks Klue.
I also love your blocks Esq. The colors are great!!
fibromylgia is a very difficult condition to deal with i can only imagine the discomfort you must be going thru.
a researcher in the lab i work at is doing some very interesting work trying to determine the root cause of the condition.
i worked with him for about a year on the project.
he's investing an infectious agent as the cause and strongly looking into a similar agent as lyme disease which is a rather difficult organism to culture in the lab.
thats why it took so long to determine the root cause of lyme disease - the spirochete organism is very hard to find.
i did my PhD at the University that discovered the Lyme bacteria and he was my mentor.
