Well, they also dated it wrong. The serial number looks like it starts with JC so it's not a 1904 machine. Those serials were allocated in 1948. I wonder if the machine has some blackside pieces on it or some of the attachments, and they got some of their history mixed up about those. My 15-90 has the same cabinet / bentwood dates to about the same time and has several blackside or partial blackside attachments but no blackside parts on the machine.

That said, it's a 99 in that cabinet - I'd grab it in a flash for what they're asking.
