I have lots of open space UNTIL the ironing board goes up and then the space diminishes quickly. Since the picture, I have done a flip flop of the room. I had changed it to the layout in the pictures and thought it would work but the sewing machine and embroidery machine were too close together. The embroidery machine couldn't be moved back because of the built in storage. I wanted the table in front of the sewing machine for cutting and to hold the quilt when I was stitching.

I am just open to any and all suggestions. The wall not shown has the TV.

Also the chair by the quilting system is probably from the 50s. I have thought about recovering it but the upholstery is great on it so it remains retro. I love the chair and usually use it when using the serger.
