Gosh, I wish we lived closer to each other, I would love to be in your class teaching EPP. I don't know why, after all I've done in life, the challenges I faced, along with the many crafts I do,all kinds of needlework, and painting...EPP stops me cold near panic.SO...I decided with the way things are in my life, this is one fear that is going to be knocked out. LOL! Oh, in regards to not putting quilts in the goal, but choose small projects, maybe it is along the lines of thinking they would never finish a quilt size, but smaller is a lesser challenge goal?
