Look for large damask tablecloths at the local thrift shop. They are usually all cotton. You can get several napkins out of tablecloth, depending on size. At my thrift shop I usually pay about $3-$4. They are great for making dish towels or backing table runners. I shop at a thrift shop run by the local Hospice, but they get donations from Hotels and Spas as they upgrade their linens. Also look for 100% cotton white sheets.
