There seems to be several scissors like this for paper, but what I'm looking for is for fabric. Someone came into a LQS with a flannel baby blanket and the edges had been cut with scalloped scissors... The lady had bought the blanket at a shop somewhere in Virginia I think.. The flannel was so evenly cut and beautiful.
