Wow! What an amazing smell!!!!
I'm a big Chai drinker, and have just bought some Power Chai which is dairy & gluten free. Had my gall bladder out just before xmas and I can't handle dairy at the moment, and half of my family have coeliac disease (I'm one of the lucky ones who don't!!) so this particular chai is great for everyone. This particular Chai is a little different. It still has the black tea base, but its also mixed with green tea, so it has a very unusual flavour - took a little getting used to
I found a recipe online from the makers of Power Chai - its cooking away nicely in the oven as we speak. The house smells amazing.
I won't be partaking in any - I absolutely cannot stand bananas, but the rest of my family love them, so hopefully they will enjoy.
If you've a lover of Chai and banana's you should definately give this recipe a go!
