Here is a pic of the necktie quilt top [without any borders yet] that I started around Christmas time.
Some of the vintage necktie pieces were pretty stretchy and tended to ravel, so I sewed lining material to each piece, and turned and ironed them before appliqueing the pieces to the blocks.
