I like to make small teriyaki turkey meatballs. No recipe but made from a pound of ground lean turkey mixed with an egg, Italian bread crumbs, minced green onions, worcestershire, freshly grated parmesan cheese and a bit of teriyaki salad dressing or tempura sauce. Bake at 400 til done, brush with a bit more tempura or teriyaki dressing at the end.

Also honey dijon chicken on a skewer, though this will also work for wings. You can buy honey dijon mustard salad dressing or make it by adding a tablespoon or so of honey dijon to a mild Italian dressing, Marinate chicken strips (breasts or thighs) or wings for 20 minutes, then skewer strips using soaked (30 minutes) wooden skewers. Bake, grill or broil til done.
