#1 Sausage cheese balls-1 lb uncooked sausage, 1 lb grated cheddar cheese, mix this well together and gradually add 2 cups of Bisquick, season with garlic salt or powder. Mix well, then roll into small-med size balls, bake on a cookie sheet for 15 min. or until golden brown @350 degrees. These freeze well.
#2 Cheese dip melt 1 large box of Velvetta cheese in a crock pot, add 1 lb. cooked sausage - mild to hot (desired taste) mix in one can of Rotel regular or original, 1 can golden mushroom soup if you can find it- our store doesn't carry it anymore, so I have to use cream of mushroom soup. Allow to cook for a while on low-stir often, and serve with chips.
#3 Dill Oyster Crackers. 2 1/2 pkgs 12 oz. size of sm all oyster crackers, place in a LARGE bowl- set aside. Mix well the following: 2 tsp. dill weed, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp. lemon pepper, 2 pkgs (1.6 oz. size) of Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk dip mix/ stir dry ingredients well then add 2 cups of Wesson oil and mix well. Stir this mixture into crackers, making sure all of crackers are covered. I then place crackers in large plastic zip lock bags and shake vigorously. These taste best if allowed to season overnight if possible. Enjoy
