Have done this before. ALso jalapeno poppers. But crumbled the bacon and mixed the cream cheese with bacon then stuffed the peppers. Dipped in egg white and rolled in Triscuit Roasted Garlic cracker crumbs, then baked 20 minutes at 350-375.

Quick and easy...take whole fresh jalapenos, slice them open lengthwise, scoop out the seeds and membranes. Stuff peppers with cream cheese and top with crisp fried bacon that has been crumbled.
Another idea that's so easy is to place a whole block of cream cheese on a plate, cover it generously with Japapeno jelly and serve with crackers.
