Default hand embroidery crib quilt

I backed the finished blocks with fusible interfacing because I was worried that I cut some of the threads too short. After I did the SID and the sashings I intended to do some backfill in the white blocks but since I used 2 battings (80/20 and ploy down) they stood up like little pillows and I decided not to so I finished the binding. Then I got worries that when I washed it the little pillows were going to be all wrinkled and not cute. My personal adviser aka feline fanatic said go ahead and wash it and if I don't like it I can still do more quilting. Well I washed it and I still like it so it's finished. Here's before and after washing.
