I have to keep my sewing room door closed all the time, otherwise my five cats would be occupying every inch of my table space. They all (especially my bottle-fed kitten) feel they HAVE to be wherever I am, snoozing on whatever project I have going on. It's sweet, and I love their company, but it's impossible to get anything done with them "helping" me.
I'm working on my blue/cream/red MQ now. I decided to put the 12 blocks together with no sashing between them, and then put semi-wonky stars for an exterior border. Since most of my pieces are "made fabric" that's wonky, the semi-wonky stars seem to be the way to go. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
