I avoid some of that problem by using only the leanest ground beef. That said....I have seen some nice ones on the Williams and Sonoma site, if you want to invest a few more $$. They have very good products, but you should be able to find some that are less expensive. I have drooled over many pieces of their cookware and are waiting for a sale on my choices!
