If you don't mind me asking, could you describe how you chose the fabrics? This is a project I'd love to tackle, but the fabric choosing part of it really intimidates me!

I especially love how it looks in the outter border of the lower left wheel. I also think it is easier to mix fabrics that have only one or two colors and to keep the wheels limited to a few colors ie purple black and green. I have been throwing in lots of funky green because I love it and think it works with purple. Hope this helps.
