Make the batter as recipe directs. Line a jellyroll pan with waxed paper. Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Bake until done, about 20 to 25 minute. When baked run a knife around the edges and turn out onto a tea towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Peel off the waxed paper immediately let cool 5 minutes. Roll up in the towel like a jelly roll until it is cooled completely. Unroll and spread sweetened whipped cream on top, top with sliced strawberries and roll it up. Chill for several hours. Yum! DH has this for his birthday every year. Also good with other berries.
