I hate sewing triangles though, so it's been "in progress" for over a year. I need to finish it...I actually really like how it's turning out.

I sorted my hexagons by color - I have pretty bad eyesight so I cheat and take off my glasses, and that makes it easier to sort by overall color. Then I arranged my blocks so that the similar colors are grouped together. That gives the overall quilt a little bit more texture and movement. A design wall is REALLY helpful for this.
