musicaljan, 54lbs, that's great. IDK how much you want to loose. But, that is a fabulous start. You can do it.
. I have just started my journey and want to loose 75lbs. So far, I have lost 15lbs. I am setting little goals. 10 percent of my goal and then when I reach that, another 10 percent and so on. Just so the chunks feel manageable. Some how, it went on a whole lot easier then it is coming off. But, it is coming off.
