I did a wallhanging to sell at our church bazaar with candlewicked squares. Probably 12" square. I used an old fashioned pink/blue calico for the sashing and trimmed it with wide cotton lace. I dropped it off at 9:00 and it sold at 9:15, so someone liked it. I did not use an on point setting as some of the squares were directional and I had no matching muslin for the setting triangles.
