That sure was a labour of love, well done. I made some mini 3/8" hexagons about 29 years ago and every now and then I come across a few in different places - Don't think I will ever make a mini quilt remotely like yours but there are memories of where and when I was when I thought I was going silly intending to make a doll quilt LOL. I used to knit and crochet dresses for those little 1.5" solid, bent legged rubber dolls when my daughter was young - thank goodness she's all grown up now and able to make her own if she dares LOL Cindy and Paul, then Barbie and Ken were an improvement on sizes but they didn't get quilts.
