The only hard part is to get the belt guard screws. If it has a bent shaft the hand wheel goes on you are out of luck - see if it turns with out the hand wheel.
Also - some of the clones do not have belt guard screws - if the belt guard is one piece on the top of the machine you can not expect to find screws to hold on a belt guard for a Singer 15.
