Pretty easy Baking Powder Biscuits

Oven 430 - 450 degrees. Depends on how hot your oven gets

3 cups sifted flour
2 TBSP Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix and Set aside
Cut one stick of " real " unsalted butter in small squares ( I cut long ways in 1/2 then the 1/2s in 1/2 again - then cross cut in squares
Then place in top of flour mixture cut in with pastry cutter or your fingers ...do not make butter too small...secret is to not over mix

Now measure 1 cup of milk (does not have to be fresh) mix in 1 large egg.

Now careful mix milk mixture with flour. I use a fork..again do not over mix when thing start to come together
Scoop out mixture onto a floured surface shape with your hands and cut into square biscuits (I do not make round ones as I like to use all the biscuit dough)

Bake 12 - 15 minutes. You can use un-greased cookie sheet or try a pizza stone

Ps baked another batch for the freezer this morning as I still had a lot of milk left from last week
Took another photo just to show that they come out pretty much the same every time

Any questions please ask.
