you can make it as many blocks across and down as you want.
your border could be any size too..if i put 2 borders on it,
i cut 2 and 1/2 inches Width of Fabric and the outside border would be cut at 4 and 1/4 inches WOF (width of fabric)..
sometimes i make a square baby quilt, sometimes i make a rectangle baby quilt..
