Should I clean the old oil off better? With string and metal polish, I guess?
I turned the hand wheel towards me until I can barely see the bottom line. I am not sure exactly what I need to look for, but the hook point is close to the eye of the needle... I don't have the top threaded--should I do that to show better what is happening?
