Crud. I don't think the tip of the hook is right behind but a little above the eye. Does it match mine if seen from the same angles? (Mine looks a little different because it's a 222 but the theory is the same)
EDIT: I just saw your other pics. Your machine needs to be timed. I can walk you through it but I'd rather do it through email or ideally via phone and email. I don't want to have someone stumble on this down the road and try it without guidance.

It looks to me like the tip of the hook is probably to the right of the eye in your photo, yes? That means the timing is advanced and we need to correct it.
