Dear Quilted.... well, I took a heavy piece of card stock and ran it through the upper tensions and sprayed some air there too. I hadn't done that, I guess.... Wha la.... I think it is ok.... I can't believe it.... I had tried everything, I thought...... It worked on my sample.... I will sew with it today and see how it does... Thank you thank you thank you all you ladies... My service man said I could come in Sat. and he would look at it... so I still have that option. You are all wonderful.
