Skillet Cookies
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 pkg. dates, chopped
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. rice krispie cereal
powdered sugar to roll cookies in
Directions:
Cook first 4 ingredients 10 minutes in iron skillet on low heat. Remove from heat and add vanilla, chopped pecans & rice krispies. Let cool, then roll in small balls then roll in powdered sugar.
