this is a tougher question...e. Sounds good.
On the other hand it would be a good candidate for experimenting with stripping. I would not bother with decals, strip and paint (and then shellac) seems like a LOT of work.....so my choice would be d.... to try and maintain paint but re-shellac. Not sure if that is possible.
