There is a video on YouTube (FiddleyBits.com) that shows this machine flat moving! The lady demonstrating the machine said that she didn't find the machine to be at all slow! Since I still don't have mine back in its cabinet, I cannot personally vouch for that! The video is interesting though! I wouldn't buy the machine unless it has its cannister. The cannisters are very expensive and are not very common!
