Hi there, thanks for that..I feel it is constantly going wrong since Christmas and now I have lost a bit of confidence in it, but maybe I should just take it back for the third time and see what he says.He may be able to sort out the tension but I have no idea why it is still sewing off to a steep angle I was looking at the Brother Innov-i VQ2 also. Used to work for Jones brothers way back in the stone age as a demonstrator before they were Brother! But I dont know...thanks for the tips though, its really appreciated. I may yet look at the new bobbin case PaperPrincess and see if that helps.
