Sounds like a great idea. We have been looking at them, as the two of us can only eat so much of the fresh garden. We do have the larger pressure cooker and I am doing chicken, turkey, pork and beef in it. Turkey was $1.18 per pound at Christmas and it cooked up very nicely. Noticed Amazon had it for sale, along with many models. What has been your favorite thing besides Chili?
