Am glad to see your post on the power canner, as I have a small garden in the summer and do like home canned tomato juice. Have a big pressure cooker, but can no longer use it on my flat top stove. At least that is what they tell me, have heard of others using it, one with disastrous results, others with no problem, but I have declined to try it. A lot of time I would not have a big pressure canner full to can so this sounds like the solution to my problem.
Will have to give Bed Bath & Beyond and Amazon both a look-see. Thanks everyone for all the tips, recipe sites and info.
