I don't really know how he would do today. I can tell you that (having lived in and around Memphis for the last 30+yrs.) that on his birthday and his death anniversary...it is just crazy crowded around his estate!
Yesterday there was a huge crowd from all over the world standing outside for hours in 18-19 degree weather to see and hear Priscilla, Lisa Marie and her 2 kids (teenage grandkids of Elvis's). I personally think they are nuts, but to each his own.
Elvis had done more for the city of Memphis in his death than he ever would have if he were still alive today. But...who's to say what would have happened? You can't rewrite history and you can't predict the future....so...its just an interesting premise. :lol:
