That is just beautiful, thanks for sharing the finished piece of art. I agree with jmoore you should enter that in a quilt show. I know you mean for it to be used, but hopefully mommy will take extra special care of this beauty and as someone else stated "not wash it to death". If I received this as a gift, I think I would hang it on the wall for baby and everyone to see. You definitely created an heirloom.
