Serve a Mexican chocolate cake. Use a chocolate cake recipe with the water, butter and cocoa boiled together. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the cake batter and a scant 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper to the batter....yes, cayenne!
Also add cinnamon to the frosting. The frosting also is boiled water, cocoa and butter poured over sifted confectioner's sugar.
