Sewnoma - The number plate on the lower right reads "EF 644444" Is that the number you need?
MacyBaby - That's good hint to know - the head having the same dimensions above and below the "arm." I didn't know the "arm" term either!
This is the third identical cabinet I've seen since last summer. My 15-91 came in one also.
