Hi there, it feels to be a poly cotton fabric and didn't have any writing on the edges. Just re-checked my scrap bag and sorry no info there. I'm guessing this fabric is at least 20 years old; it was gifted to me. ps... it has kind of a sheen on it, not really cuddly but the perfect print.
