I have to take a photo of the mess I made getting everything out of the closet...I have to get it done by Tuesday..that's when company will be here for a 5 day stay...
Made a pineapple coconut cake yesterday and it turned out delicious but it looks ugly..never made this before..I'm not a baker..brought it to the community bingo last nite..about half was eaten so I brought the rest back home. they don't know what they're missing
I needed something to lift the rectangular top off and the spatulas didn't work so I used my 12" square to slide between the layer to lift it off.. the cake was too warm and the filling kinda melted into the cake..you need a spoon to eat it
Oh well, a lesson learned..let it really cool of before frosting it!!!
